The amount of payment for a trip cancellation insurance should depend on the tour. For a trip worth 1500 euros, for example, it is a "good" rate to pay a price around 50 to 60 euros to be insured.

If you do several trips per anno, a one years Police may be useful for a price 45 to 60 euros per year, where all trips of the year are coverd by the insurance.

But always keep in mind: For a trip cancellation, even customers with a cancellation insurance have to bear 20 percent of the cancellation costs by themselves - which is policy according to most providers.
